Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Send Openly, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Your account

Provide a valid email address, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Each account may hold up to five businesses under one login, unless a different limit has been expressly granted.

New accounts begin with a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active membership or complimentary access. Starting a paid subscription during your trial ends the trial and charges you immediately.

Your content

You retain ownership of the messages, business names, and links you add. You grant Send Openly the limited permission needed to store and display them in your library and in any share links you enable. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and share your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Send Openly for unlawful activity, deceptive messaging, harassment, spam, or attempts to interfere with the service. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms.

What the service does

Send Openly stores reusable messages and links. Text and Email open drafts in your own apps; Copy places content on your clipboard. You select recipients, review the message, and press Send. We do not deliver messages, publish posts, collect your customers’ payments, or guarantee delivery by your email or messaging provider.

Service limitations

We work to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Send Openly and EaryDigital are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use or unavailability of the service.

Ending your account

You can cancel a paid membership as described in Billing, Cancellation & Refunds. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Contact support to request account deletion.
